Our History

Quality in combination with technology is part of PICNIC’s history since its foundation, in 1998. With its headquarters in Tapejara, northeast of Paraná (the second largest milk bay in the country). Nowadays, the company has four cooling stations, strategically located, to offer better service and the delivery of its products to customers and partners.

For PICNIC, the strong union and a good relationship with the milk producers is one of the pillars responsible for the company success, as well as the strategic alliances established with the institutional and retail Market that signalize the demands for new products and consume trends, besides requiring strict quality standards.

Aiming at continuous improvement, in 2017, PICNIC and Leprino Foods, world leader of Firm Mozzarella and milk proteins, with headquarters in Denver/CO – EUA, they became partners, joining their forces, values and ideals. The search for advanced and efficient technologies for the manufacturing of products with excellent safety standards was the main motivation to this union. With this combination of forces, our alliances with the partner clients will be even more solid, bringing more safety the milk producers.
